For Our Post on How to Access Your Pinterest Account Settings Read – Mobile App Access Settings
Pinterest continues to roll out changes to its account settings, search bar, and pinning menu options. Along with that came a change to the account menu and login screen. Previously, users could click on their account name in the upper right corner of their desktop screens to access their analytics, Pinterest account settings, and edit notifications. Now that notifications and the messages occupy that space. The link to account settings moved to upper right corner on both desktop Pinterest and on the mobile app.
With Pinterest account settings users can change their email address, edit their display name, username, and change their location which is important for Promoted Pin targeting. This is also the area where users can set featured boards which show on their profile’s homepage. In account settings, users can also add additional ways to log into their accounts as well as change other account preferences.

This is also where you claim other accounts like your YouTube channel, Instagram, or Etsy. Editing Pinterest account settings also lets you turn down annoying notifications or deactivate your account completely.
Edit profile menu lets you change your business name, contact name, username, as well as claim your website when you have a business account. Users can also edit thier bios here.
